    . Brewed after the champagne style of Brut, which is notoriously known for being dry and crisp, this IPA is no different. It pours a brilliant straw color with lots of bubbles to accentuate the fruity hop character within.
  • Centennial IPA 7.2 %
    The Standard by which all our IPA's are measured.
  • *Detroit IPA 7 %
    Detroit IPA is an American style IPA brewed with Amarillo, Mosiac, and Azacca hops. This potently delicious lupulin combo delivers tropical aromatics and fruity flavors. This is supported by a malty backbone of lightly kilned Crystal and Munich malt.
  • Dirty Bastard 8.5 %
    Scotch-style Ale, malt forward
  • Founders N/A <.5 %
    Brewed with the help of one of our friends from Mahou San Miguel, this non-alcoholic, hop-forward, pale ale is the perfect offering for those folks looking for fantastic craft brew flavor while avoiding the alcohol content.
  • Mosaic Promise 5.5 %
    This clean, crisp, golden beer showcases Mosaic hops and Golden Promise malts proving there truly is beauty in simplicity.
  • Porter 6.5 %
    Roasty, robust, full-flavored Porter
  • Pilsner 5.5 %
    Corn and Carapils malt, Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops – brought to you by the letter C.
  • *Red Overalls 6.2 %
    5 Different German Malts create a beer full of malty goodness which is balanced by Willamette hops
  • Red’s Rye IPA (Draft) 6.6 %
    Rye IPA with serious hop bitterness and grapefruit notes from Amarillo dry hop
  • Empire Strike Bitter 5.4 %
    An American version of the English Extra Special Bitter. The hops are a nice balance of spicy Perle and floral Cascade hops; which go great with the malty caramel backbone, with faint hints of toffee and toasty biscuit.

    An Imperial IPA that was brewed to turn your world upside down.
  • Nitro Breakfast Stout 8.3 %
    Brewed with oats, chocolates and coffee, this is our famous Breakfast Stout now Nitrogen infused for a creamy mouthfeel and smooth finish.
  • Nitro Rubaeus 5.7 %
    The creamy, nitro version of our Raspberry Ale!

    Tart and refreshing Raspberry Ale.

Class 3

  • 12 Feet Under 14.3 %
    A blend of multiple IPA's, this baby was barreled and dry hopped TWICE. Extra oaky, sweet and sultry.
  • Backwoods Bastard 11 %
    Our Scotch-style ale, aged in bourbon barrels
  • Blushing Monk 2019 9.2 %
    Brewed with a ridiculous amount of raspberries for tart yet luscious raspberry-jam character and fermented with Belgian yeast for subtle fruit and spice esters.
  • Curmudgeon's Better Half 12.7 %
    Our Old Ale (brewed with Molasses and Oak chips) tamed by the tender embrace of oak and sweet maple infused from a years' stay in Maple Syrup Bourbon Barrels. The result is deceptively smooth and utterly delicious!
  • Underground Mountain Brown 11.9 %
    Underground Mountain Brown is the harmony achieved when our imperial brown ale, Sumatra coffee and a year aging in oak come together.
  • Nitro Underground Mountain Brown 11.9 %
    Nitro Underground Mountain Brown is the harmony achieved when our imperial brown ale, Sumatra coffee, and a year aging in oak come together...and is then infused with Nitrogen for a wonderfully thick, creamy, pour!
  • Barrel-Aged Cactus Waffle Tripel 11.6 %
    A unique and hazy Belgian Tripel brewed with a ridiculous amount of organic Blue Agave nectar and then aged in Columbian rum barrels for 8 months. Banana and fruit esters highlight this truly around the world experience!

Class 4

  • CBS 11.3 %
    Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and velvety chocolate meld together in what can only be described as a transcendental drinking experience.
  • KBS 12.2 %
    An imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolates, then cave-aged in oak bourbon barrels for an entire year to make sure wonderful bourbon undertones come through in the finish. Delightful.
